Shipping Fees

- Orders weighing more than 2 kg may be subject to additional shipping charges as determined by the shipping company.

- Packages may not be opened before payment and receipt from the courier.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product arrives damaged or broken during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.

- Change of mind after purchase.

- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Any reason other than shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
To request a replacement for a damaged or defective item
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if approved.
